NIR CCD camera C3077-80
C3077-80은 근적외선 영역대의 고감도 VGA format CCD camera 입니다. Hamamatsu 사의 다른 conventional model에 비교하였을 때 900nm에서 spectral response가 약 두 배 가량 증가 되었습니다. 이 camera는 산업에서 널리 쓰이고 있는 EIA 출력을 채택하였습니다. 이러한 NIR 영역대의 고감도 camera의 사용은 silicon device 내의 imaging에 적합합니다.
