InGaAs camera C10633-13,23
C10633-13/-23은 근적외선 대역(950nm ~ 1700nm)의 고감도 InGaAs camera 입니다. C10633-13/-23은 standard video output(EIA 60 Hz / CCIR 50 Hz)을 채택하였고 노출시간 control로 14bit image 획득을 위해 standard USB 2.0 I/F를 채택하였습니다. IR reflectography (art inspection)과 같은 IR application, Si wafer inspection, Laser beam measurement, PV evaluation 등 많은 application에 적용될 수 있습니다. 게다가 Camera controller C2741-62를 사용함으로써 C10633-13/-23은 contrast enhancement 등과 같은 특별한 기능을 제공합니다.
