Cooled-InGaAs-camera-C10633-34-01.jpg C10633-34는 650X512 pixel의 InGaAs sensor를 채택한 근적외선 영역대의 camera 입니다. -70℃ peltier cooling은 dark current를 획기적으로 감소시켜주어 image 화질을 향상시키고 긴 노출 시간으로 imaging을 합니다. 게다가 비파괴적인 readout은 S/N 비율을 개선시키며 low-light imaging에도 고감도를 제공합니다. 밀봉된 Vacuum-sealed head는 효과적인 cooling performance를 자랑하며 주기적으로 유지 보수가 필요하지 않습니다.
