MP-100 Series
MP-100 series는 Top side Manual prober로 간단한 오퍼레이션을 통해 정확한 Probing 기능을 제공하는 매우 안정적인 system으로 DC 측정 (I-V, C-V) 및 RF 측정, 이외의 다양한 분야에서의 활용이 가능합니다.
MP-100 series는 200mm와 300mm wafer의 loading 및 Partial wafer, Chip 단위의 샘플에 대한 측정도 가능하며, Probe card 및 positioner를 활용한 Probing 기능을 제공합니다. 아울러, 측정 Tester와의 Interface 지원 및 측정 액세서리를 제공 합니다.
MP-100 series는 고객사의 요청 Application에 대한 다양한 업그레이드가 가능한 최적의 Probing system 입니다.
